Who We Are

MiniRoofs is a property management company with a primary focus on providing clean, furnished, private and semi-private mid-term rentals.  MiniRoofs focus shifted from entire unfurnished single-family homes to private and semi-private furnished rentals, when the demand for 3-6 months leases, began to be a very popular inquiry for properties within downtown, collegiate, and hospital areas. 

We identified from our requests, individuals were seeking, clean, quiet, mature, and safe dwellings, that were move in ready and allowed for more affordability than an extended hotel stay; and more lease flexibility compared to a short-term stay.  

At MiniRoofs, we pride ourselves in providing clean, modest style furnished rentals, with the convenience of all-inclusive utilities, Wi-Fi and cleaning of common areas. Clear communication of expectations of both Management and of Tenant (s) have showed to be a blissful balance for seamless privacy and quiet enjoyment within our rentals.
